It was very bad experience at this hotel the receptionist way of talking is not so polite to the coustumer They are fraud setup at the hotel we book 1 king size room and 1 super delux room but they take all the amount and extra amount but they didn’t give us that room for us and there is no water supply any other facilities at this hotel there is no other facilities that mentioned at online

I went after airport I believe in booking.com When I enter she ask me for extra 1000 rs as check in charges I ask why should I pay. Then she started shouting and even said many bad words Other guys came to hit me too.

We booked the hotel for one day while on transit. As we arrived at 4pm they could not provide me with the room and we had to wait for half an hour as all the rooms were booked according to them. We booked it at a price of Rs. 1200 (pay at hotel) but ultimately we had to pay Rs 1700 as according to them Rs.1200 rooms were not available. Rooms were very tiny, dirty, stinky. Flush was not working in the washroom and there was no facility for keeping the cloths in the bathroom. Even basic things like towels, water were not available. Took a long time and repeated requests to provide with simple things like a bottle of drinking water. Multiple times powercut at the middle of the night. In the early morning the switched off the main AC line. Too bad experience.

Disgusting hotel. Multiple bed bugs were found in the bed in the filthy blood stained sheets. No towels or toilet roll or soap provided. Rude staff who refused to give us any money back when we refused to stay in a bed full of bed bugs. Mosquitos everywhere. We only wanted a bed for a few hours before a flight and the airport was a much better option! Do NOT stay!

never a 4 star hotel! absolute fantasy rating! the included breakfast is fetched from somewhere and only delivered to the room. the tray, cutlery and crockery was extremely dirty. on the second day we skipped breakfast and ate elsewhere! warm water only after calling the reception air conditioning worked partly only after calling the reception partly strange smell in the rooms The hotel is located on a main road, which is also very noisy at night! There is a urinal next to the entrance. extremely disgusting smell upon entering the hotel. Never book with the travel agency in the hotel! we really wanted to go to Agra by train to travel on an Indian train. The employee lied to us that there were no more tickets to talk us into taking the expensive taxi ride. The expensive taxi ride was then supposed to end in a coffee ride, which we could only prevent by intervening hard. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Please be careful!
